The Olympic 3027HE Large-Capacity Oval Kiln

The Olympic Kilns 3027HE is a heavy-duty, high-capacity oval electric kiln designed for professional ceramic studios, production facilities, schools, and artists working with large or unusually shaped pieces.

Its spacious 17.7 cubic foot firing chamber and oval design provide significantly more usable loading space than conventional round kilns, making it ideal for large pottery, sculptures, platters, architectural ceramics, and production-scale firing. The kiln reaches Cone 10 (2350°F / 1288°C) for demanding stoneware and porcelain applications.

Built with 3" firebrick insulation, the 3027HE also features a 2" blank brick row in the first section to help protect heating elements from accidental damage during loading and unloading. Olympic's balanced heating elements provide consistent heat distribution throughout the large chamber.

The kiln comes standard with a Bartlett KilnStar digital controller, stainless-steel jacket, heavy-duty metal stand, pilot light, and Lid Lift Assist.
